The Astindu Dance Association has expressed its gratitude to all the spectators who attended the Karibe Konpartsa event held on Saturday in Zumaia. According to the entity, the warmth and support from the audience were "incredible," and they felt the energy of the dancers and the public "connected closely."
"We had the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere created together, and that is priceless," they stated, praising the audience's generosity and attitude. They noted that often, after a cheerful and fun performance, many citizens feel the urge to dance but lack the courage or think it's "not for them."
Therefore, Astindu Dance encourages all citizens to dance. "We promote dance, for the town and for all citizens!" they emphasized. In addition to highlighting the physical and mental benefits of dancing, they recalled that it is an "incredible" tool for building social connections.
The association has members of various ages, young, adult, and elderly, and they describe the energy created as "magical," transcending age and gender, and helping to strengthen the town's social network. For this reason, they extend the invitation to all citizens over 16 years old, by contacting astindu.zde@gmail.com or calling 623228665.
Finally, they thanked the Culture Department of the Zumaia City Council for supporting the project and facilitating matters.
