4. Intellectual Property

The user guarantees that they own all intellectual and industrial property rights over the content (texts, images, videos) they publish.

By publishing on Diario Euskadi, the user grants Troc Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate this content through the website and its social networks.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1. Prices

The price for article publication is clearly indicated before payment. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT under current regulations is added at the moment of payment and included in the invoice issued automatically.

5.2. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

5.3. Refund Policy

Once the article has been published, NO refunds are admitted, as the service has been fully rendered. Refunds will only be considered in case of a technical error attributable to the platform that prevents publication.

6. Liability

Troc Media is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or veracity of the content published by users. The user is the sole legal responsible for the content of their publications before third parties.

We reserve the right to remove any content violating these terms or current legislation, without right to compensation or refund if a serious violation of rules has occurred.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will enter into force from the moment of their publication on this page.

8. Legislation and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. In case of dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
