The dTaxi application, launched in April by the Gipuzkoa Taxi association to facilitate taxi mobility in Donostia, has achieved notable success in its first month. According to the service managers' assessment, more than 600 services have already been managed through Radio Taxi Donosti, with the participation of collaborating partners such as Hernani and Astigarraga in this pilot phase.

Service users, particularly younger ones, have praised the system's convenience, ease of use, and speed, especially in situations where making a phone call is less practical. Taxi drivers have also expressed satisfaction with the new service.

In addition to the initial data, Gipuzkoa Taxi has announced a new feature: the ability to make advance taxi reservations directly via Whatsapp, currently available only in Donostia through Radio Taxi Donosti. This will allow users to manage their journeys quickly and conveniently in advance.

Furthermore, the project includes an informative website where interested parties can consult the service's detailed operation, clarify frequently asked questions, and even request a taxi.
