Orendain Celebrates: Cider, Games, and Tournaments

Orendain is celebrating the Virgin's day today with a cider tasting in the morning and family games in the afternoon.

The town of Orendain has also celebrated the Virgin's day today. In the morning, a cider tasting took place, and in the afternoon, there was an opportunity for family games at the Urritzondo pelota court, featuring a variety of wooden games. Children and some parents attended this event.
Meanwhile, the V Mus Championship was held at the Eltxo Elkartea. A total of 18 pairs registered and paid 20 euros to participate. Prizes were awarded to the top three pairs: 200 euros and a 'txapela' (cap) for the first place, 100 euros for the second, and 60 euros for the third.
Currently, a 'kantu poteo' (singing walk) is underway with the group Perejil, and from 9:00 PM onwards, they will have 'zahagi ardoa' (wine from a wineskin) to taste. Afterwards, starting at 10:00 PM, the pairs Aitor-Arandia and Irati-Andoni will play the match for third and fourth place in the II Orendain Popular Frontenis Championship. Following this, the pairs Iñaki-Axier and Julen A.-Julen T. will compete in the final.
