The Debagoiena Energy Office has adjusted its hours and locations to provide better energy advisory services to citizens, establishing new service points in Aretxabaleta and Arrasate.

This itinerant service will undergo a major change on Tuesdays: it will be in Aretxabaleta in the morning and in Arrasate in the afternoon, on odd weeks. For the remaining days and towns, the general schedule will be modified, running from 09:00 to 12:30. However, the office offers flexibility, allowing the schedule to be adjusted according to needs. The service will be provided fortnightly.
The Energy Office provides a free itinerant service, and the locations and hours for in-person assistance can be consulted on its website. To get in touch, they have the phone number 747 48 51 47, the email address energiabulegoa@debagoiena.eus, and their website available. It is recommended to book an appointment in advance.
Despite the schedule changes, the objectives and services offered by the office remain the same. Its purpose is to provide information and advice to the citizens of Debagoiena regarding electricity and gas bills, as well as details on regulated and free energy markets.
Among the services offered are the analysis of the optimal electrical power for each supply point, information on renewable energies that can be installed at home, advice on housing energy rehabilitation issues, and information on opportunities to obtain financial aid (social bonuses, GLL, and others).
