A person was evacuated to a hospital due to smoke inhalation after a fire broke out in a home in Vitoria in the early hours of Saturday morning, as reported by the Basque Government's Security Department.

The fire started around 1:00 AM in the kitchen of a residence located on San Vicente de Paul street in Vitoria. Emergency services responded promptly to bring the situation under control.
Furthermore, two hours prior, at approximately 11:00 PM on Thursday, another fire occurred at a marble company in the Gipuzkoan town of Irun. In this incident, no injuries were reported, and firefighters extinguished the blaze within an hour.
