An Ertzaintza patrol car was involved in an accident, colliding with a Tesla vehicle on Buenos Aires street in Bilbao this Friday afternoon while en route to an emergency, with no injuries reported.

The incident occurred on Buenos Aires street in Bilbao around 6:30 PM on Friday. An Ertzaintza vehicle, responding to an emergency call, collided with a private car.
Fortunately, there were no injuries as a result of the accident, but the front of the patrol car was visibly damaged, with the airbags deployed. The incident temporarily disrupted tram services in the area.
The Bilbao Municipal Police handled the accident report. The exact cause of the collision remains unclear, as Buenos Aires street is one-way. Apparently, the Ertzaintza patrol was traveling up the street in response to an alert.
