The Zalla City Council has launched the second phase of the participatory budget process for 2027, running from October 19 to November 1, enabling residents to vote on technically validated actions.

This phase allows residents to choose three projects from a list of actions that have undergone technical analysis and validation. The most voted projects will be implemented until the allocated funds for the process are exhausted.
In addition to online voting via the website, ballot boxes will be available at the SAC, Arangune, the sports center, Soiano, and Otxaran. Furthermore, on Wednesday, October 21, a stand will be set up for in-person voting, located in Plaza Euskadi in the morning and the sports center in the afternoon.
