Last weekend, gymnasts from the Loretokiko club combined competition and exhibitions. On Saturday, the Gipuzkoa Championship for cadet category was held in Ibarra, where the Azpeitia team achieved seventh place in category A and sixteenth in category B.

In the individual competition, Elene Astiazaran ranked fourth in category A, thanks to her excellent performance with the hoop. All Loretokiko representatives who participated in the Gipuzkoa Championship will compete in the Euskadi Championship to be held in Durango (Bizkaia) on May 30.

On Sunday, at the Uarkape sports center in Arrasate, the Loretokiko junior gymnasts presented their second exhibition of the academic year. This event served to showcase the beauty of rhythmic gymnastics and the talent of the young athletes.

The club's next engagement will be on May 9, at the children's Gipuzkoa Championship to be held in Bergara. The category A team and Maren Bikendi, individually, will participate there.
