The 48th edition of the Jaizkibel Hill Climb, organized by Escudería Jaizkibel and RAC Vasco Navarro, will be held next Sunday, the 20th. The main race will compete on the GI-3440 road, which is 5.5 kilometers long, connecting Lezo, Hondarribia, and the summit of Jaizkibel. This event is a scoring event for the mountain championships of the Basque Country and Gipuzkoa.
The engines will start on Saturday, the 20th, at 08:30, beginning with the practice sessions. The official race will follow. The awards ceremony will take place after all events have concluded, at the port of Pasaia, at 15:30.
On Friday, the 19th in the afternoon, the participating cars will be on display at the Paseo de Touring in Errenteria-Oreretako, where the technical verifications of the vehicles will be carried out.
The Jaizkibel event has a maximum capacity of 65 participants. Registrations will close today, Friday the 11th, at 20:00. Registration is open via the website of the Euskadi Federation.
Participants will aim to succeed last year's winners, drivers Arkaitz Ordoki and Bruno Scherer.
