The fronton in Soraluze hosted the finals of the LXXVII Deba River Basin Tournament last Sunday. The event concluded with victories for Eibar's representatives in the cadet and senior categories, and a win for Bergara's players in the junior category.
A great atmosphere filled the Soraluze fronton. The day began with the cadet category final, where the Eibar pair Amillategi and Gil easily defeated (22-9) the Atxabalta players Errasti and Ibabe.
Following this, the junior category final took place. In it, Etxabe and Contreras from Bergara won (22-13) against the 'armeros' Varona and González. Finally, the senior category match was played, where the Eibar pair consisting of Conde and Agirresarobe secured the championship titles after defeating (22-15) the representatives from the Olalde club, Mendizabal and Atxotegi.
The most outstanding players of each final were also recognized: Amillategi (cadet), Etxabe (junior), and Agirresarobe (senior).
