Patxita Etxea will begin offering coworking and classroom services on September 15. The building, which also houses the health center, will have the entrance to these services at its rear, and any resident of Aiara will be able to use them.
To use the service, a usage permit must be obtained from the municipal offices or through their website. Users must be 18 years old; those aged 16 and 17 will need to present a permit from their parents or legal guardians.
Once the procedure is completed, interested parties will need to download an application to their mobile phone, which will manage access to the building. The City Council reminds that the application permit is personal and grants the holder the right to use the space, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Those arriving by vehicle must park in the designated area in front of the Social Center, as the parking spaces at Patxita Etxea will be reserved for health center users.
This project has had a long development. The health center opened in 2016, and work on the multi-purpose space project began in 2017. For this, a subsidy was requested from the Provincial Council of Álava. The technical project was put out to tender in 2020, and in 2022 the tender for executing the works had to be prepared more than once. Finally, the works were completed last October.
