Two men, aged 32 and 35, have been arrested by the Local Police in connection with a violent robbery on Cuadrilla street in Vitoria-Gasteiz, where a neighbor had his gold chain stolen. The alleged perpetrators reportedly entered the building after the victim opened the door for them and took his chain before fleeing.

The incident occurred on Monday around 8:30 PM. A patrol unit on citizen security duty responded to the alert. The victim told officers that as he was entering his building's portal, two individuals banged on the glass, demanding he open the door.

Once inside, the assailants pushed the victim, surrounded him, and forcibly removed his gold chain before running off. Based on the description provided by the victim and several witnesses, officers located the 32-year-old suspect on Tenerías street shortly after. The second individual, aged 35, was later apprehended at the intersection of Beethoven and Bruno Villarreal streets.

The Local Police are now charging both men with robbery with violence.
