The first event is the opening of Culinary Action!, scheduled for Tuesday, July 14th, at 10:30 AM at the Chamber of Commerce of Álava (C/ Dato, 38). The mayor and the General Director of Basque Culinary Center will speak at this event.
Following this, a Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism will take place. This ceremony will begin at 12:00 PM at the terrorism victims' monolith (C/ Portal de Foronda), with the participation of the mayor and representatives from the Miguel Ángel Blanco Foundation.
After the tribute concludes, the mayor, along with representatives from the municipal corporation and the Miguel Ángel Blanco Foundation, will proceed to the Miguel Ángel Blanco Gardens to lay a floral offering.
