The youngest neighborhood of Vitoria-Gasteiz, Goikolarra, is celebrating its festivals from May 29th to 31st, featuring music, a market, and various activities.

Goikolarra, the youngest neighborhood in Vitoria-Gasteiz, is celebrating its festivities this weekend, from May 29th to 31st. The celebrations kicked off on Friday with the descent of the frog Igeltxo, and music is the main highlight, with concerts, DJs, and 'txarangas' (brass bands).
On Saturday, May 30th, the morning will feature a Nordic walking event, followed by a second-hand market, inflatables, and games. In the afternoon, starting at 5:00 PM, there will be children's activities including 'cabezudos' (large-headed figures) and Gargantúa, face painting, and a train ride. A mus (card game) championship is also scheduled.
Concerts will begin at 8:00 PM. Radio Vinilo will perform hits from the 80s and 90s, while the bands Domeka. and OJJO will provide the rock sound.
On Sunday, May 31st, there will be a multi-sport event in the morning, with DJ Xaibor at midday and the 'txaranga' Kirrika before the popular community lunch. Bingo and choirs will liven up the afternoon, before Igeltxo ascends again at 7:30 PM, until next year.
