ExpOtaku Festival Arrives in Vitoria for Anime and K-pop Fans

Anime, manga, and K-pop enthusiasts can look forward to the ExpOtaku festival in Vitoria-Gasteiz on April 18 and 19, an event celebrating Japanese culture at the Iradier Arena.

Fans of anime, manga, and K-pop will have the opportunity to enjoy the ExpOtaku festival in Vitoria-Gasteiz next weekend, on April 18 and 19. The Iradier Arena in the Alavese capital will host this event, which reflects the otaku world with Japanese culture as its central theme.
According to the organizers, the festival will open its doors on Saturday, April 18, from 10:00 to 21:00. On Sunday, April 19, visitors can attend from 10:00 to 20:00.
The program includes video game tournaments inspired by popular titles and sagas such as Naruto, Mario Kart World, and Pokémon Escarlata. Additionally, activities like themed weddings, workshops, spicy ramen gastronomic challenges, cosplay contests, and competitions based on One Piece will be held.
The festival will also feature an area dedicated to K-pop, where attendees can learn and showcase choreographies. Furthermore, there will be a photocall, the Valhalla cosplay space, and a themed zone focused on Star Wars.
Tickets are already available through the event's official website, priced at 9 euros per day and 16 euros for a weekend pass, with discounts for families and groups. Pre-registration will be required to participate in workshops and play area activities, with slots assigned daily for the same day.
