Aitzol Alberdi, general coordinator of Alberdi Mekanizatu Lanak, participated in the roundtable on talent management and attraction. It addressed the challenges posed by demographic changes, the evolution of professional profiles, and the new needs of companies, alongside representatives from Bexen Medical, Smartlog, and SmartPM.
Meanwhile, Unai Zubeldia, commercial director of ERLO Taldea, took part in the roundtable on technological innovation. The session explored the practical application of new technologies in SMEs, analyzing the opportunities they offer for process improvement, new business model development, and enhanced competitiveness.
