At the Entrepreneurship Hub meeting held in Azkoitia on October 15th, four main work streams related to entrepreneurship in Urola Erdia were addressed: business transmission, the Urola Benefit initiative, support for entrepreneurs, and the employment plan for 2027.

Regarding business transmission, the goal of a joint campaign is to prevent the closure of profitable small businesses that are in a state of transfer. Information is planned to be disseminated in strategic locations and at the offices of the organizations participating in the campaign.
The Urola Benefit proposal aims to encourage employees to use regional services during their working hours. The presentation mentioned car repair shops, physiotherapy or nutrition sessions, and requests for butcher or food services. The initiative's objective is to retain talent from outside the region, and a specific trial has been requested on this matter.
In terms of support for entrepreneurs, the KLINK Bide program will cover strategy and financing, basic artificial intelligence, brand positioning, customer service, and digital presence in the coming semester. Meanwhile, KLINK Gune is conceived as a coffee gathering to share entrepreneurs' concerns, with the second session of the year scheduled for November 18th.
Finally, concerning the employment plan and the work streams for 2027, the socio-economic diagnosis of Urola Erdia is expected to be available by the end of the year. Its findings will be taken into account when defining the work streams for 2027.
