Residents will have two location options: Palota, within the town, or Abaromendi, on the outskirts. According to a street poll conducted by Guka, the majority of residents, four out of six surveyed, prefer the Palota location due to its "proximity". Another resident favors Abaromendi, citing more parking space and the possibility of building a suitably sized, enclosed fronton.

The Palota project combines the sports hall with a new cultural center. However, some believe the projects can be separated: "The sports hall can be built in Abaromendi, and the cultural center in Palota."

One resident emphasized the importance of having cultural infrastructure "in one place," and most approved of consolidating them in Palota, near the Kosta Workshop.
