The Azpeitia City Council will present the documentary short film Ertzetako ahotsak oholtzara this Friday at the Sanagustin center, as part of its project to raise awareness about the LGTBIQ+ community in the town.

The event, starting at 6:00 PM, will feature testimonies from Azpeitia residents, aiming to recover experiences that have long remained hidden. The initiative seeks to build collective memory and promote reparation for the community.
The audiovisual work was produced by Eihera Kooperatiba, which also conducted the initial diagnostic study on the situation of the community in the municipality. The documentary is intended as an educational tool to be shared in various settings, including local schools.
Following the screening, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the municipal action plan. The event will also feature music provided by participants of the DJ workshop organized by the local empowerment school.
