Azpeitia Town Council to Discuss Housing and Budget Matters in Plenary Session

Tomorrow, Tuesday, the Azpeitia Town Council will hold its ordinary plenary session to discuss changes to housing regulations and the budget of Azpeitia Berritzen.

The Azpeitia Town Council will hold its ordinary May plenary session tomorrow, Tuesday, starting at 7:00 PM in the main hall of the town hall, to address important housing and budgetary issues.

During the plenary session, several points will be analyzed, including various housing-related matters and the budget of Azpeitia Berritzen. The meeting will begin with the approval of the minutes from the plenary session held on April 14, 2026.
On the agenda, it will be proposed to transfer to Azpeitia Berritzen the municipal ownership percentage of the registered property 18857, located in the integrated action unit formed by the Santutxo 4.1 and Done Jakue 1.2 sub-areas of Azpeitia. Additionally, the modification of articles 5 and 6 of the municipal ordinance regulating municipal subsidized housing and free-market housing with agreed prices will be debated.
Furthermore, the approval of a 95% bonus on the tax for constructions, installations, and works for the basic project of building public protection housing under a rental regime at numbers 18, 20, 22, and 24 of Elizkale is foreseen. The modification of the Town Council's job list is also on the agenda.
The plenary session will be informed about the budget stability report for the 2025 liquidation, prepared by the audit department, including Iraurgi Lantzen. Finally, resolutions issued by the Mayor's Office in March 2026 will be reported, and the annual accounts of Azpeitia Berritzen for 2025 will be approved, concluding with the questions and requests section.
