Three young people from Tolosaldea among the 100 young gastronomy talents

Three young individuals from Tolosaldea, Aitor Balerdi, Unai Arrieta, and Eñaut Gurrutxaga, have been included in the 100 young talents list organized by Basque Culinary Center.

The initiative, established by Basque Culinary Center in 2020 and held biennially, recognizes various profiles within the sector. This year's honorees include Aitor Balerdi from the Miren butcher shop in Tolosa, Unai Arrieta, creator of the Zuka Drinks beverage in Villabona, and Eñaut Gurrutxaga, who raises Highland cattle in Bidania-Goiatz.
The list is categorized into areas such as: Cuisine, Production, Wine and Beverages, Outreach and Communication, Startups, Research, Baking/Pastry, and new professional profiles.
