Tourism in Euskadi shows significant growth, with an average visitor spend of 626 euros and off-season arrivals now accounting for 51% of the total.

The Ibiltur 2025 report has revealed significant shifts in Euskadi's tourism sector. The average spend per person has risen to 626 euros, up from 612 euros in 2023, with an increase in spending paid at the point of origin. These figures reflect the high quality of the destination and the high level of visitor satisfaction.
A key pillar of the institutional strategy, deseasonalization, has been achieved. For the first time, off-season arrivals have surpassed those during traditional holiday periods, reaching 51% of the total. This represents a six-point increase compared to 2019, meeting the goals of diversifying visitor flows and offerings.
