Due to organizational and logistical reasons, the concert by La M.O.D.A. and Janus Lester, organized by the Leioa City Council, has changed its location. The event, initially planned for the DOW grounds, will now take place in the parking lot adjacent to the Lamiako metro station on September 19th.
The concert will be free and start at 7:00 PM with a performance by Still Rising, the winning band of the Hamaika Soinu contest organized by the Leioa City Council. This local band will have an excellent opportunity to bring their rock sound to the main stage of the 500th-anniversary celebration.
Following that, at 8:30 PM, it will be the turn of Janus Lester. One of the most prominent artists in the current Basque music scene will offer a repertoire of his most popular songs in Leioa.
The main performance of the night will begin at 11:00 PM with La M.O.D.A. The band will deliver a powerful live set featuring the songs that have made them one of the public's favorite groups year after year.
