The incident took place around 10:30 PM. Fortunately, no personal injuries were reported, as the building had been uninhabited for some time. Upon receiving the alert, firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and secured the perimeter to ensure public safety.

The property, situated between Madaya and the Branigans bar, is locally known as the «Rodríguez house». The collapse did not affect neighboring structures, and the situation is currently under control.
