The tenth edition of the Nescup Tournament, organized by Tolosa CF, is set to kick off this Saturday at the Usabal field, bringing together eleven girls' U12 teams with significant organizational changes.

The Nescup Tournament, a traditional event during Easter and Holy Week, is celebrating its tenth anniversary this Saturday, April 7, in Tolosa. Organized by Tolosa CF, this special edition introduces several modifications compared to previous years, aiming to enhance the experience for all participants.
One of the key changes is that the tournament will now exclusively feature the U12 girls' category, specifically the performance U12 level. This decision leverages the recent integration of this 'urdiña' team into the club's structure. Furthermore, the competition venue will shift from the historic Berazubi stadium to the Usabal field, which is the regular home ground for the club's first women's team competing in the Third Federation.
The X Nescup will commence at 09:30 AM with the initial matches, played in an 8-a-side football format. A total of twelve teams will compete, divided into three groups: Group A includes Bizkerre, Intxaurdi, Touring, and Real Sociedad; Group B features Goierrigorri, Basauriko Kimuak, Tolosa, and Vasconia; and Group C comprises Lagun Onak, Sanse, Mulier, and Martutene. Each team will play three matches, each lasting 20 minutes.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the champions' phase, while the remaining two will compete in the cup phase. After two matches in each phase, the semifinals and finals will be determined, consisting of two 15-minute halves. The final is expected to conclude around 6:40 PM. There will be no matches for third and fourth place. The awards ceremony will take place immediately after the finals, and the tournament can be followed live via the Tournify app.
