The new space Ernio Txiki, part of the Sociedad Gastronómica Ernio, will open its doors to members of the Official College of Industrial Engineers of Gipuzkoa starting October 16th. Reservations can be made through the Ingeniariak website, following the same system currently used for reserving the Ernio Society.
Until that date, the space will not be available for reservations. The opening will be progressive during the first few weeks: from October 16th onwards, for the following three weeks, reservations will be possible from Tuesdays to Thursdays (October 20, 21, and 22; October 27, 28, and 29; November 3, 4, and 5). For the subsequent three weeks, from November 10th to 27th, reservations will be available from Tuesdays to Fridays.
From December onwards, Ernio Txiki will operate normally, expanding reservation possibilities and also including Sunday afternoons. This progressive launch will allow for adjustments to the space's operation, and user collaboration is requested to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Additionally, user feedback surveys will be sent to gather experiences and suggestions for improvement. Ernio Txiki thus becomes a new space available to College members, broadening the usage options of the Ernio Gastronomic Society.
