The Idiazabal Cheese Fair, organized by the Town Council and scheduled for May 2 and 3, is nearing the deadline for artisan market registrations, which will close on April 12.

As is customary, the town of Idiazabal will host a new edition of its renowned Cheese Fair. In addition to the numerous cheese stalls, the event will feature an artisan market spread throughout the town's streets, offering a variety of handcrafted products.
Artisans wishing to participate in this market must submit their applications before April 12. The registration process must be completed through the municipal electronic office, as applications sent via email will not be accepted.
To finalize registration, several documents are required, including personal identification, proof of economic activity registration, certificates of compliance with Hacienda (Tax Agency) and Social Security, health authorization for food sales, and product photographs. The final list of assigned stalls will be announced on April 27.
