Insausti urges Kutxa Fundazioa to “reconsider this decision” and implement “all necessary measures” to keep Eureka open, ensuring its continuity “at least until the city has a project of similar ambition and scope, such as the one planned for Tabakalera”.
The mayor advocates for the idea that “Donostia cannot renounce a space that has contributed so decisively to consolidating its position as a city of science without any alternative”.
Finally, the City Council expresses its willingness to “continue strengthening collaboration” with Kutxa Fundazioa to promote initiatives “of common interest for the benefit of Donostia citizens”.
