Azkoitia's Gurea Fronton to Host Professional Hand-Pelota Festival on Friday

Three matches will be played, including quarter-final league stage encounters from the Main Singles Championship and Series B, on Friday evening.

The Gurea fronton in Azkoitia will host a professional hand-pelota festival next Friday evening, at 8:45 PM, featuring three thrilling matches, including quarter-final league stage encounters from the Main Singles Championship and Series B.

Organizers have now finalized the three-match lineup for the Azkoitia fronton, following last weekend's results. In the main event, Iker Larrazabal and Iñaki Artola will face off as part of the first round of the Main Singles Championship quarter-final league stage.
The names of the players for the Series B quarter-final league match and the doubles match completing the festival were pending. These last two matches were decided by last weekend's results. In the second-tier singles championship's round of sixteen, Unai Alberdi Alberdi II from Azpeitia defeated Iker Salaberria 22-10 in Logroño, and Xabi Rekalde beat Iosu Eskiroz 22-13 in Labastida. Consequently, Alberdi II and Rekalde will compete against each other this Friday in Azkoitia.
Finally, in the doubles match, Zubizarreta IV and Ugartemendia will play against Apezetxea II and Erostarbe at Gurea. Tickets for the festival are available for purchase on the Entradas Fronton website.
