Both performers boast solid international professional careers, characterized by excellence and a commitment to contemporary music. In the case of Iñaki Bermúdez, his trajectory is closely linked to new music, engaging in intense activity as both a soloist and in chamber music projects.
Currently, he balances his artistic work with his doctorate in musical performance at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris and the Sorbonne University, in addition to his research activities at IRCAM, a leading center for contemporary music creation.
A graduate of institutions such as the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et Danse de Paris, the KCB in Brussels, and the Conservatori Superior Liceu in Barcelona, Bermúdez has developed an international career with performances alongside prestigious orchestras like the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and the Bilbao Symphony Orchestra, as well as collaborations with ensembles specializing in contemporary music. Furthermore, his teaching role has led him to give masterclasses in various European conservatories.
For her part, Yume Takasaki began her musical training at the age of 4, pursuing an academic path between Japan and Europe. After studying at the Tokyo College of Music, she continued her education at the Paris Conservatory, where she delved into performance and accompaniment, also specializing in chamber music. Her interest in contemporary repertoire has driven her to explore new musical languages, blending tradition and modernity.
Currently, Takasaki works as an accompanying pianist and teacher, being sought after for various projects both in France and abroad. The event will take place in Elizabarri at 7:00 PM, and tickets are already available for 10 euros at the Town Hall.
