The Durango City Council has set new dates for the issuance or renewal of DNI and passports, as well as for activating electronic DNI certificates, in July and August.

The Durango City Council has announced new appointment dates to facilitate documentation procedures for citizens. These will be available on July 2nd and 15th, and August 6th and 19th. Residents can process renewals for their National Identity Document (DNI), passports, and also activate electronic DNI certificates at the mobile office located in Ezkurdi square.
Appointment management for these new dates will begin next Friday, June 5th, starting at 8:00 AM. Interested individuals can visit the SAC in person (Barrenkale 17) or call 94 603 00 00. Appointments will not be managed via WhatsApp.
The fees set by the Ministry of the Interior are 12 euros per DNI and 30 euros per passport, payable in cash at the time of the procedure. Activation of the electronic DNI is free. This initiative stems from the success and high demand of previous calls, aiming to simplify personal document renewal without requiring travel outside the municipality.
