The PNV of Astigarraga has denounced EH Bildu's "political and partisan exploitation" and "demagoguery" concerning the new institute project, stating that the initiative is underway despite "significant technical and geological conditions" on the land, which have increased costs and complexity.

The jeltzale party recalls that its commitment to public education began years ago and that the current progress "is not born of improvisation or last-minute banners." They add that "the execution project is finalized and the file is in the contracting phase."

The PNV considers the attitude of the mayor and EH Bildu in recent weeks "especially serious," accusing them of "lying to citizens by promising dates that were not theirs to announce and generating false expectations." They also criticize EH Bildu's "institutional disloyalty" for "having used the parents' association to fuel a political confrontation strategy."

The municipal jeltzale group emphasizes that it was the PNV who "unblocked the project by seeking a viable plot," while EH Bildu "insisted on a location with significant geological and technical problems." The PNV worked to find a "realistic alternative."

Finally, the PNV calls for "leaving political confrontation behind, reinforcing institutional coordination, and accelerating procedures," as "Astigarraga does not need photomontages or propaganda campaigns, but rigorous information, institutional seriousness, and for the project to advance."
