The Oñati City Council wishes to contract a study to enhance the organization of its street cleaning service. The study will involve inventorying and classifying areas to be cleaned, measuring work times for different tasks, calculating workload per zone, route, and work area, and proposing a revision of the work organization based on a comparison with the current distribution. Offers have been requested from four companies, with Siadeco's proposal being prioritized due to its experienced team in applied research, field work organization, data processing, and municipal service diagnostics. Siadeco's offer for this work amounts to 14,253 euros (+VAT).
Furthermore, the Local Government Board will address other financial matters. Nine neighborhood festival associations have submitted their expense liquidations after the festivities and are requesting the payment of the second installment of the committed municipal subsidy. Regarding development cooperation subsidies, a request from the association EREI Elkartasunerako for awareness-raising activities in Oñati and a request from Hotz Oñati for emergency aid will be examined.
