Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) and Social Factory from Mondragon Unibertsitatea will be present from September 25th to 27th in Kuartango (Álava), at the La Gran Kedada Rural event. This gathering will bring together entrepreneurs, territorial agents, institutions, and individuals interested in the present and future of rural territories.
This year's edition, themed “Immerse Yourself in the New Rurality,” will offer three days focused on talent, culture, and tradition, featuring nearly 40 activities, 40 speakers, and 11 artists. Friday, September 25th, will be dedicated to Talent, with various spaces for reflection, connection, and designing solutions for rural challenges.
In this context, the Social Factory team from Mondragon Unibertsitatea will facilitate the workshop “El reto del relevo rural” (The Challenge of Rural Succession). This practical session will use the Design Thinking methodology to address, through co-creation and teamwork, the issues of business continuity in rural areas that lead to closures.
In addition to the workshop, MTA will launch a special call for its incubator aimed at rural projects. This initiative seeks to identify and support new entrepreneurial proposals contributing to the transformation of rural territories, offering entrepreneurs and teams opportunities to develop their initiatives.
La Gran Kedada Rural will take place from September 25th to 27th at Kuartango Lab, featuring a program that combines entrepreneurship, social innovation, culture, music, literature, crafts, and local products. Friday will focus on Talent, Saturday on Culture, and Sunday on Tradition.
