The El Kajoi bar in Arrasate will celebrate tomorrow, Friday, the 39 years of Txutxi and Antonio at the forefront of this emblematic establishment with a party for customers, friends, and neighbors. Live music from Amaiur and Garazi Barrena and Half Nelsons will accompany a day of gratitude and celebration.
Over nearly four decades, thousands of people have crossed the door of El Kajoi. Some have found their go-to bar there, others a meeting place with friends, and many have accumulated memories, celebrations, and conversations that are part of the daily history of Arrasate.
Therefore, the anniversary aims to be much more than a simple celebration. It will be an opportunity to reconnect, toast to the years lived, and a festive day where music will play a leading role.
The program will begin at 1:00 PM with a performance by Amaiur and Garazi Barrena, who will provide music for the midday festive atmosphere. In the afternoon, starting at 7:00 PM, it will be the turn of Half Nelson, a band much loved by the local public, which will bring energy, rhythm, and a great atmosphere to a celebration that promises to last well into the night.
From El Kajoi, they wish for this party to also be a way to thank all the people who have accompanied the establishment during these 39 years. Customers, friends, suppliers, musicians, and neighbors have contributed to building a story that continues to be written every day behind a bar that is now part of the collective memory of Arrasate.
Because 39 years later, El Kajoi continues to be much more than a bar: it remains a place to meet and create new memories.
