The Debagoiena Community has designed a new mobility model after identifying four structural gaps in the territorial, social, gender, and digital spheres.

The Debagoiena Community has highlighted that they have conducted a study intended to complement the mobility efforts underway in the municipalities. They emphasized that the diagnosis offers a "complete picture" of mobility, and in light of this, they have deemed the creation of a mobility table essential.
In the coming weeks, the Community will contact various stakeholders to establish the mobility table. One of the conclusions from the diagnosis is that Debagoiena is not homogeneous in terms of mobility.
The study has identified four structural gaps that future plans should address: the territorial gap, highlighting the isolation of the periphery; the social gap, analyzing the exclusion of those without cars; the gender gap, examining the differences in travel between men and women (including trips with children to school or the hospital); and the digital gap, considering that technology can be a barrier for the elderly.
