The trail begins near the sanctuary and passes through areas such as Gorgomendi and the Biozkornia pass. Throughout the ascent, hikers can enjoy panoramic views of Aizkorri, Gorbea, and Anboto.
In addition to mountain activities, Oñati offers cultural alternatives such as visiting the Arrikrutz cave, known for its paleontological discoveries, or the Txokolateixia interpretation center, which showcases the local chocolate-making tradition.
