Urduña City Council has released a new statement to correct information disseminated on May 29th. The municipal pool pass has not been reduced in price as initially announced. The opposition group EH Bildu also issued a statement requesting this correction and criticizing that weekday entry fees are higher than last year.
In recent days, Urduña City Council has prepared further communications about the La Mueras pools, which are set to open on Saturday. The council has announced an increase in its investment, which will amount to 120,000 euros this year. Among the works carried out, tiles and ceramics have been replaced, maintenance and adaptation tasks have been performed, and improvements have been made to the purification system and equipment.
This year, the La Mueras pools will have two lifeguards on duty at all times. Additionally, during peak hours, from 12:00 to 16:00, and on weekends and holidays, a third lifeguard will be present.
Season passes will be available for use from June 13th and can be requested at the Culture House (Alondegia) on the 10th and 11th, between 10:00 and 13:00 and from 16:30 to 19:30. Passes can also be managed at the pool reception itself during opening hours, from 11:00 to 20:00.
The prices for season passes will range between 10 and 20 euros, depending on the age group. Children aged 4 to 13, teenagers aged 14 to 17, and individuals over 65 will pay 10 euros. Adults aged 18 to 65 will pay 20 euros. Family passes (for units with children under 14) will cost 30 euros, and children under four will have free access.
Daily ticket prices have also been set: for those aged 4 to 13, 14 to 17, and over 65, the cost will be 3 euros. For adults aged 18 to 65, it will be 4 euros. Entry will be free for children under four years old.
