As part of the Bizilabe program, promoted by Llodio City Council and Elhuyar, the Parekoen Topaketa initiative took place on March 25 at Llodio Casino, connecting professional women and young people in science and technology.

The aim of this initiative was to bring together four professional women from the scientific and technological fields with 15 young people aged between 10 and 14 participating in the Bizilabe program, fostering dialogue and the exchange of experiences. During the session, the expert women shared their career paths, daily work, and the challenges they face in their professions.
Subsequently, the young participants presented their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) projects, currently under development within the Bizilabe program, to the professionals. This activity aims to spark young people's interest in science and technology and provide female role models in these areas.
The STEM professional women who participated in the event were: Izaskun Guerrero Martinez (Architect), Josebe Fernandez Landa (Nurse), Iraia Fernandez Akarregi (Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Telecommunications), and Sara Alicante Martínez (Biology graduate and researcher).
