Candidates for this position must meet several mandatory requirements: possess the corresponding university degree, a Master's in Secondary Education teacher training, and the EGA certificate or an equivalent qualification. These conditions are essential to participate in the selection process.

Furthermore, knowledge and experience in the EKI methodology of Ikastolen Elkartea will be valued, as will adherence to the Ikastola movement. Applications from individuals with a disability of 33% or more will also be considered, provided it is duly accredited with documentation.
