Dozens of individuals gathered yesterday afternoon in Laudio's Herriko plaza to protest Israel's interception of the Global Sumud Flotilla, which was en route to Gaza, and the subsequent detention of approximately 175 activists.

The demonstration, which commenced at seven in the evening, saw attendees express their disapproval through a noisy protest. This action was part of a series of protests held across various locations in Euskal Herria, with similar mobilizations also occurring in the Aiaraldea region.
The purpose of this protest was to condemn Israel's intervention against the flotilla, which aimed to break the naval blockade of Gaza and was carrying humanitarian aid. Around 175 activists were reportedly detained during the operation.
