Blusa groups, gastronomic and recreational societies, and cultural, youth, and sports associations in Dulantzi will be able to install a txosna during the patron saint festivities, scheduled from September 11 to 20.
To this end, the city council has opened the registration period, which will close on May 14, emphasizing that the txosnas “will not seek commercial profit”.
Stable groups lacking statutes must submit, when applying for the stalls, a list of members and a program of socio-cultural activities to be developed, including projected benefits, planned activities, execution dates, and estimated costs.
Should the number of applicants exceed the available offer, the city council will conduct a draw. Txosnas will be permitted to supply drinks and food, with the latter exclusively pre-packaged, and to organize recreational and cultural activities.
Those responsible for the txosnas must ensure daily cleaning of the area, which the Council will provide with electricity, drinking water, and connection to the sanitation network. After the festivities in honor of Our Lady of Ayala conclude, they must dismantle the txosnas within one week.
For several years, txosnas have been alternately set up on Añuabidea street or next to the San Blas church, aiming to prevent disturbances for residents adjacent to the festive area.
