Following the approval of its preliminary draft, the document has garnered 90 allegations during the public exhibition phase. These will now be evaluated by technical experts for potential inclusion in the document, which will then require provisional approval by the municipal plenary session.

The PNV of Zierbena has highlighted the progress of the PGOU, asserting that the 90 allegations represent an “opportunity to improve the document and further adjust it to the real needs of Zierbena.” This new urban roadmap anticipates the construction of 480 new homes, facilitating sustainable growth for the municipality. Additionally, the future PGOU includes provisions for new parking areas and improvements to sidewalks and pedestrian paths, aiming to make Zierbena a more accessible place.
