The Lanestosa Town Council has initiated a tender process for the lease of a municipal premises, known as Antiguo Cine, to be used as a bar-restaurant. The deadline for submitting bids is May 25.
The minimum tender amount will be 2,652 euros plus VAT, distributed as a monthly rent of 221 euros plus VAT. The technical specifications also include a 3,000 euro deposit to guarantee compliance with the contract obligations.
The duration of this lease agreement for the municipal premises will be ten years from its formalization. The first year will serve as a trial period, and the contract may be extended by mutual agreement of both parties.
Although open to all interested parties, certain criteria will be evaluated, such as the offered price, the proposed project or business plan, and being registered as a resident in Lanestosa for more than one year.
