The world of blusas and neskak in Vitoria-Gasteiz now has three main groups following the emergence of the Parrandazaleak, Hemengoak, and Txinpartak quadrillas. These groups were not given the opportunity to integrate into the Commission or Federation, leading them to establish their own new association, named Denok Bat. These three quadrillas were formed in 2025 and 2026, and have not been admitted by the current official organizations.

Last year, Hemengoak and Txinpartak (a split from a historic quadrilla) were already excluded. Both quadrillas held their own parades along Independencia street, half an hour before the Commission's quadrillas. Now, to gain strength, they have created the Denok Bat Federation, which is joined by the Parrandazaleak quadrilla. This group is driven by the founding members of the Gaupazaleak quadrilla, who left that group to form the new one.

The objective of the Denok Bat Federation is to "enliven and contribute to the development of our festivities", "always respecting traditions and all the entities that are part of it". They have stated that the new federation was born "from dialogue and teamwork", and have emphasized that it "will defend the interests of our quadrillas and contribute to the present and future of the festivities".

The new federation asserts that "coexistence enriches the festive fabric" and will help create "more participatory and representative festivities". They have also highlighted that they "will not tolerate any form of discrimination, exclusion, or lack of respect". It remains to be seen what role this new entity will play in the future, but if the growth of blusas and neskak quadrillas continues, it has the potential to expand.
