An athlete from Vitoria-Gasteiz delivered a remarkable performance at the Baku World Cup in Azerbaijan, where she earned a gold and a silver medal in rhythmic gymnastics. This achievement confirms her excellent form, following her Olympic experience at Paris 2024.
The gold medal came in the mixed exercise final, featuring three ribbons and two balls. The Spanish team executed a nearly flawless choreography, achieving a score of 27.950 points. This score propelled them to the top of the podium, securing the gold medal. The AIN2 team (neutral athletes from Russia or Belarus) placed second with 27.150 points, and Bulgaria took third with 26.300 points.
