The Haziak youth ideas contest has selected seven innovative projects for its 2026 edition in Vitoria-Gasteiz, aiming to foster youth creativity and culture by providing financial and technical support.

The Haziak youth ideas contest has already chosen the seven projects that will receive support in its 2026 edition in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The selected proposals will benefit from technical guidance and a maximum funding of 3,000 euros to facilitate their development.
In this fourteenth edition, 30 young people participated, submitting a total of 15 proposals. Only one project was presented in the 14 to 20 years category, while the other 14 competed in the 21 to 30 years age group. Ultimately, all selected ideas belong to this latter group.
This year's edition once again reveals a clear profile. Most of the selected projects revolve around creativity, culture, and youth participation, with formats ranging from photography to theater, including independent publishing, design, and audiovisual productions.
Among the seven proposals are a publication on youth sexuality and eroticism, an alternative space to showcase artistic work in the city, a theatrical piece created by young people, a collective fanzine, a clothing collection adapted for individuals undergoing oncological treatment, a short film about creativity and society, and a photographic project focused on highlighting different social realities in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
The program offers the winners resources to transition from an idea to a full project. Each proposal can receive up to 3,000 euros, in addition to technical support throughout the development process.
