Two prominent natural enclaves in the Añana region, the Santa Catalina botanical garden and the Lalastra parketxe, have organized various activities for this Sunday, blending nature with culture.

The Santa Catalina botanical garden in Trespuentes will host a guided tour, accompanied by poetic readings from the Grupo 100 Poetas. This initiative is part of Gasteiz's international poetry festival, Poetas en Mayo, aiming to merge nature and poetry, inviting attendees to "experience a different sensory journey in one of the most evocative landscape spaces in the entire province".
This cultural proposal, starting at 10:30 AM and open to all audiences, will be complemented at midday by a family scavenger hunt. Designed for children aged 7 and above, participants will complete a nature-themed clue game throughout the botanical garden.

Meanwhile, Valderejo's offering will be a guided visit to discover the species of diurnal butterflies inhabiting the Natural Park. Participants will learn about their biology, characteristics, and behavior in their natural environment. The visit will also allow for close observation of these insects and a better understanding of their role in ecosystems and the conservation of the natural park's biodiversity.
This activity, facilitated by the Zerynthia association, will take place between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM, departing from the Lalastra Parketxe. It is free but requires prior registration on the park's website.
