In the women's swimming segment, Helene Alberdi from Zumaia was the first to reach the beach, completing the course in 39 minutes. She was closely followed by Australian Mikayla Messer, with Swiss athlete Alanis Siffert securing third place, one minute and 49 seconds behind.
However, in the cycling portion, Siffert proved dominant, establishing a nine-minute lead over the second-place finisher. French athlete Anne Sophie Pierre came in second, and Alberdi was third, 10 minutes and 20 seconds adrift.
Finally, after completing the 20-kilometer run, Siffert crossed the finish line first with a time of 04:18:31, securing her second championship title, although she took 15 minutes longer than last year. Alberdi finished second (04:33:54) and collapsed upon crossing the finish line, affected by exhaustion and heat, requiring attention from paramedics. Pierre took third place (04:34:43).
